She has a unique sound with honest lyrics that mix Country and Pop, which appeals to a wide variety of music lovers. Despite having her own sound she has been flattered to have been compared to greats such as: Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Leanne Rimes and Emmylou Harris. Her passion for music has taken Jeannine a journey to many places – one of them was berlin, where she met her vocal coach David Lee Brewer, who has taught amazing artists such as Beyoncé Knowles, H-Town, Letoya Lukett and many more.
During her development she performed regularly and recorded a demo for Sony BMG Munich. She started writing her own material and worked with several producers such as Rares Cara (Sido), Loomis Green (Jan Delay). A personal highlight during that time was performing her own version of “amazing grace” with the Philharmonic Orchestra in the Berlin Philharmonic in front of an audience of 2000.
Jeannine has played at some notable venues such as bush hall at the grand union songwriter’s night alongside Raintown, Gary Quinn and Hannah Jane Lewis and fort san atone in Preston, Europe’s biggest country music venue, which were a resounding success. Support slots for Mark Morris and Ben Taylor have proven to be very successful for her and she is now going to headline her own show at the garage on 30th may 2014 as support Nashville duo Jill & Kate at The Borderline in London on June 4th.
